Screening standards
EEI's recruiting and qualifying process is among the toughest in the industry. Of an average of 3,000 applicants per year, only about 7 percent are accepted. As part of the selection process, all candidates are carefully screened and personally interviewed by our in-house experts. Next, you must pass stringent performance-based exams that test your software skills and specific knowledge of your field. Successful candidates are placed on our roster for client placement.
Finding the right position for you
Once you pass EEI's screening standards, a resource manager will work with you to find the right position. We pride ourselves in making successful matches between employers and placement candidates. Your resource manager will want to know the type of working environment you are looking for, what hours you can work, and whether you are looking for short- or long-term assignments.
