Direct Hire Staffing

Perhaps you are looking for a regular, full-time employee, but you don't have the time or resources to wade through countless applications and resumes, or to test the skills of applicants. But before you make a hiring decision, you want to be sure you have found the right person. If you need to hire a communications professional as a direct employee, EEI can help you screen and recruit the right person.

You will work with an EEI staffing specialist who will advertise the position, screen resumes, interview candidates, and test candidates in their skill area. When suitable candidates are found, your staffing specialist will forward the resumes to you for review. We will then schedule interviews for you at your convenience.

During the entire process, your time commitment is minimal. We understand that you need to find the right person, fast. That's why we do the preliminary work for you. But the important decisions are still yours to make.

You also have the option of hiring a temporary employee that will eventually become a regular employee. Read more about our temp-to-hire option.

Pre-screening and testing

You will only receive resumes from candidates that EEI has carefully screened and tested in the selected skill area. You don't have to sift through resumes and schedule countless interviews -- we've already done that part for you.

Once you find one or more resumes that interest you, we will set up the interview for you, as well as a follow-up interview if necessary.

How our fee works

For direct hires, EEI staffing services charges you a fee for placing the employee. The fee is based on the candidate's first-year salary. Since the salary may vary depending on the experience of the candidate, the fee may vary per candidate. Before we start sending you resumes, you will approve a salary range that is acceptable for the position.

After you accept a candidate and pay the fee, the candidate becomes your employee and you are under no further obligation to EEI. Remember, if you choose not to hire one of our candidates, there is never a fee to you.

No obligation to hire

When you use EEI's staffing services, you are under no obligation to hire one of the candidates we send you, even after you have interviewed the candidate. EEI staffing services narrows the potential pool of applicants so you don't have to waste time on undesirable candidates, skills testing, and paperwork. But you make the final decision.

While we are confident that we will be able to find a suitable candidate, you are not restricted from advertising the position elsewhere.
